One of our goals is to build a community around strength training, mindful practices, and wellness. To provide our readers with even more good case studies and useful insights we could use your help.
What We're Looking For
Articles don't have to be extremely long; what is important is that you have something to share. We are aiming for exciting, creative articles that also cover recent developments in our arena. It’s very important to us that you are really involved with the topics you’re willing to write about.
Our primary focus is strength training and mindful practices, however, we also cover the following topics:
- training and cardio
- food and nutrition
- rest and recovery
- motivation and psychology
