The Mindful Method™ is a synergistic system
of mindful living that engages the body and mind.
This system invokes and integrates all three of the following practices:
In some ways we have modernized these ancient practices (meditation and yoga) and even created an entirely different practice called "mindful strength training."
We describe The Mindful Method as being "synergistic" because, although each individual component is powerful in its own right, when combined they create a dynamic state in which the combined action is elevated to something even more powerful (i.e. 1+1+1=10, not 3).
This method is in many ways about transformation, transcendence, and self-cultivation. Please know however, that the essence of this method is NOT to teach you how create transformation yourself, but how to create space and allow transformation to occur. (let that idea sink in for a minute)
The Mindful Method program will be released fall of 2010.
